Directions:
From the motorway proceed to the end of the M66 straight on towards Rawtenstall A628.

At the roundabout go all the way round (almost as if you are going back onto the motorway).

Take the exit signposted Edenfield, this is called Bury Road.

The Eastlancs Railway Station is on your right, follow the bend over the bridge.

After 150 Yards on the left is a row of shops set back (chip shop and take-aways etc).

Turn left immediately after shops onto Lomas Lane.

After 50 yards turn left and immediately (dog leg) right to continue up Lomas Lane.

After 200 yards keepright on Lomas Lane (do not go straight on at New Barn Lane).

Continue along Lomas Lane eventually coming to 3 wooden garages on the right.

Carry on straight up the hill for approx 75 yards. Horncliffe Mount Farm is on the right-hand side, enter through the wooden gates.
